My partner says I have too much stress and anxiety. Should I be concerned?

Yes…and no. First, consider that we are all wired differently. Some of us function better when we are more wired for anxiety than others. So it is perfectly okay for you to have a more stress and anxiety than your partner. On the other hand, you could actually feel better without all that added stress….and eventually, it could affect your relationship.
