My mission is to help you find your pathway to discovery and empowerment. I have devoted myself to helping people find meaning in what they do and how they live.
Ethel Mostrel, LMFT
Hi, my name is Ethel Mostrel and a therapist at Women’s Therapy Institute. I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 20 years of experience in the field of individual and couples counseling. Over the entire course of my professional career, I have helped countless of individuals and couples through the toughest times via my work through universities, hospitals, and private practice.
I believe challenging life problems and relationship conflicts that, if ignored or mishandled, can generate anxious or depressed moods; contribute to substance use; impede personal and professional growth; and diminish relationship satisfaction and the ultimate goal of well-being.
It might sound a bit nerdy. My theoretical orientation and treatment modalities are CBT, DBT, Family Systems, and Psychodynamics. Many are also considering me as a relationship expert.
