A research-backed approach for lasting relief.
Feeling stuck even with good coping skills
You hold it all together — the work, the family, the responsibilities. You show up every day, doing what needs to be done.
But underneath the surface, something still feels off. Maybe it’s a quiet sense of emptiness, a loss of joy, can’t connect romantically or interpersonally, the feeling that you’re moving through life on autopilot or even a sense of dread.
For many women, this disconnection shows up as emotional exhaustion, anxiety, or a heaviness that’s hard to explain. Even when everything looks fine from the outside, it can feel like your inner light has dimmed.

A new path to healing.
Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) combines legally prescribed ketamine treatment with psychotherapy sessions led by a trained therapist that help integrate your experience for long-term emotional growth.
During a KAP session, ketamine can gently quiet habitual patterns of thought and self-criticism, making space for new perspectives, emotional release, and self-understanding.
With your therapist’s support, you can explore these experiences safely and begin integrating them into lasting change.
* Due to current laws and prescribing regulations, we can only offer Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) to adults age 18 and older.
What Ketamine Is — and What It Isn’t
KAP is a therapeutic, medically supervised process, not a recreational or “party drug” experience.
- You remain aware, safe, and supported during each session.
- The medication is prescribed and dosed by a licensed medical provider through Journey Clinical.
- Our therapists help you prepare, process, and integrate what arises in your sessions.
KAP is not about “getting high” or losing control — it’s about opening new pathways to healing under skilled, compassionate care. While every experience is unique, clients often report:
- A quieter inner critic
- Greater emotional clarity and balance
- Decreased anxiety or depression symptoms
- Improved connection to body and emotions
- A sense of renewed purpose and possibility
Issues KAP Can Address
KAP may be supportive for individuals navigating:
- Depression and persistent low mood
- Anxiety and chronic worry
- Trauma and post-traumatic stress (PTSD)
- Emotional numbness or disconnection
- Grief and loss
- Life transitions or burnout
- Problematic coping habits
Our Partnership with Journey Clinical
We are proud to partner with Journey Clinical, a trusted medical organization that specializes in collaborative ketamine care.
Here’s how it works:
- Initial Consultation: You begin by meeting with one of our therapists to discuss your goals and determine whether KAP might be a good fit.
- Medical Evaluation: If you’re not already working with Journey Clinical, we’ll refer you to one of their licensed prescribers for a comprehensive medical assessment.
- Personalized Plan: Your Journey Clinical prescriber determines the dosage, administration method, and frequency of your sessions.
- Therapeutic Support: You’ll then engage in KAP sessions (typically around 3 hours each) via secure Zoom, guided by your therapist.
- Ongoing Coordination: We stay in communication with your Journey Clinical prescriber to ensure your treatment is safe, coordinated, and aligned with your progress.
This partnership allows us to combine medical expertise with psychological support, giving you a safe and holistic path toward healing.
