I’m often described as down-to-earth with a straightforward yet compassionate approach. My goal is to help reframe challenges in a more empowering light.
With over 15 years of experience supporting individuals and couples through positive change, I’ve developed a grounded understanding of what works – and what doesn’t – when it comes to reducing stress and cultivating wellbeing.
In addition to my therapy practice, I teach as adjunct faculty at the University of San Francisco and provide clinical supervision at a community mental health clinic. These diverse experiences allow me to relate to many different struggles, and collaborate with clients to find their optimal path forward.
