Over the last 14 years, I am grateful to have worked with a wide range of clients, including men and women, fighting to reclaim themselves from the darkest moments of their lives. Some may be coping with depression and anxiety; some may be recovering from painful experiences; some may be battling with substance use and addictive habits; some may be struggling with how to raise their children and build relationships meaningfully. My therapeutic orientation has grown out of these experiences. My style reflects an approach to emotional wellness that integrates mindfulness and evidence-based therapies (MBSR, MCBT, Mindful Motherhood, iRest Yoga Nidra), resilience development, and trauma-informed treatment. I am direct and compassionate. My purpose is to help you cultivate your resiliency, navigate life’s ups and downs, and transition your fears and sorrow into joy.

I received my Doctor of Clinical Psychology (Psy.D.) from California Institute of Integral Studies, San Francisco, California (APA Accredited).
