The fact that you are reading this means that you are ready to feel better in some aspect of your life. For each individual, feeling better will look different and as a clinician I would love to go on this journey with you. In session I endeavor to help you improve your level of functioning by working with you to develop mindfulness skills, emotional regulation skills, distress tolerance skills, and/or interpersonal effectiveness skills.
I hold a Marriage and Family Therapy License and my experience working with mental health varies. In my background I have helped people work on managing symptoms of depression and anxiety. I have also worked with people suffering from substance use disorders, relationship issues, self-harm tendencies, life transitions and existential crisis.
I have found it uplifting to create a safe space with my clients where you can feel free to express the desires for your life. I have a collaborative style and look forward to hearing your story.
