About Christine

Image Coming SoonMy approach is focused on both increasing awareness & empowering you to action.

My passion is to help people recover from depression, anxiety, grief and trauma, identity confusion, addiction, and codependency. I also love to coach couples on having a healthy, intimate relationship by developing an understanding of different perspectives, connecting deeply with each other, and learning skills of effective communication.

We’ll look at how your life experiences have informed your sense of self, others & relationships, and work on goals of changing ineffective perspectives and behaviors. My experience in IT/Management Consulting and Non-profit industries allows me to understand a broad range of work/life issues typical of today’s fast-path life style; and to effectively help you identify creative solutions.

I am comfortable with integrating spiritual/cultural strategies into the counseling process as you desire. I am bilingual in English and Mandarin. I enjoy working with clients to resolve multicultural family relationship difficulties, parenting issues, and overcome generational/cultural differences.
